I sat down with Jetonnica Dade, a FHS newspaper writer, to ask her a few questions about her life. Here’s what she had to say.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy playing Candy Crush and watching my favorite movie “Love and Basketball.” I also have a little addiction to my phone. You will rarely catch me without it. Mostly I am scrolling through Instagram and taking some rockin’ selfies.
What kind of music do you like to listen to?
My favorite genre of music is Hip Hop/Rap. But what most people don’t know about me is that I also enjoy listening to Rhythm and Blues. Currently my favorite song is “No Juice” by Lil Boosie and my favorite Blues song is “Candy Land” by Tucker.
What is your favorite subject in school?
My favorite subject in school would have to be math. I enjoy working with polynomials, mostly because it is the easiest part of math I have done this year.
Do you play any sports?
Currently I am on the Varsity Girls Basketball team. My position on the team is shooting guard. The best part about being on the team is being able to show off my skills. SWOOSH!
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a kid, I also had a lot of ideas about what I wanted to be, but the most important one that stuck with me all these years would have to be a basketball player. But if my dreams of basketball don’t work out, I will work in a Business and Management field.
Do you have any brothers or sisters?
I have two brother and three sisters; I am the baby of the bunch.
Any last words?
YOLO GET MONEY! SWAGGY!
