This is a tutorial on how to draw Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Aang is the main character in the series.
Draw the Eyes and Eyebrows
First, draw the eyes and the eyebrows. I’m almost positive that everyone drawing Aang knows how to draw eyes and most definitely eyebrows, so I don’t think instruction is needed to draw either one of them.
Draw the Nose and Mouth
Second, you’ll need to draw the nose and the mouth. To draw the nose, you’ll need to draw to small curves with a slightly bigger curve on the side. For the mouth, you’ll draw a half circle and add in the details like the teeth and tongue.
Draw the Face and Ears
Next, draw the chin, sides of the face, and ears. The face is very simple so, again, there’s no instruction needed. The same applies for the ears, but be sure that you add in the details in the ears. Lastly, draw small lines under the face for the start of the neck.
Draw the Clothes
Then, you’ll want to draw the clothes. You must start by drawing the collar. Remember that when you are drawing the collar to add the wrinkles. Finish it off by drawing two lines down each side of the collar as a start for the shoulders.
Draw the Head
Next, draw the top of the head and Aang’s arrow. Like all bald anime characters, the head should be as completely round as possible with no bumps or dents. When drawing the arrow in his head, the arrow should be biggest at the point and get small as it goes to the back of the head.
