Have you noticed that you are getting too cozy with your coach? Everyday easy activities can be turned into a workout. Here are some easy ways to improve your fitness and not even buy a gym membership!
- Make plans – If you make plans you can ensure that you will be moving and not at home sitting on the couch
- Do some extra housework – it’s a win-win. You will have a cleaner house and lose some extra calories
- Forget the elevator – Take the stairs even half way is better than just taking the elevator the whole time.
- Have a dance party for 1 – While you are dong some chores around the house you can put some music on and dance.
These four easy tips may not produce incredible abs, but they sure will help your physical health.
