On Saturday, November 17, Foley High School AF JROTC cadets took to the skies with Civil Air Patrol (CAP).
CAP is a United States Air Force Auxiliary that provides orientation flights to enrolled JROTC cadets throughout the United States. Seasoned CAP instructors taught cadets to preflight the aircraft by completing a checklist and provided detailed instructions on what to look for inside and outside the aircraft to ensure safe flight.
Cadets participating were Jikayla Benjamin, Levin Garner, Eyan Gentry, and Shane Williams.
