Tell us about the friends you’ve made throughout your school years.
My friends that I met thought out the school years, I grew up with them outside of school and we are all pretty close. We never switched up on each other or told each other’s business when we got mad at each other, because we knew we would start back talking again.
Who would you like to thank and why?
I would like to thank my family, coaches, and friends because without them, I wouldn’t know what to do. Each one of them made me the person I am today, a stronger individual with enhanced abilities. I want to thank my coaches for making me better at what I do and helping me to achieve better things in life. I give thanks to my family for being there for me and getting me what I need when I need it. Same for my friends – when I need them, I can call on them no matter what it is about.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would learn how to draw well so I could be an artist. I love looking at cool drawings and paintings, and I don’t know how to draw big things. When I was younger I loved going to art class, and I always tried to make my art perfect.
What’s your favorite outdoor/indoor activity and why?
My favorite outdoor activity is track, because I like running. My favorite indoor activity is basketball, because that’s what I love to do inside, and that’s my favorite sport. I wouldn’t want to be outside for anything else, because I HATE the heat.
What is your favorite time of the day/week/or month and why?
My favorite time of the day is in the afternoon, because it is in the middle of the day, not too hot or cold. My favorite time of the week is Friday, because that’s when you know it’s the weekend, and you don’t have to wake up early for school. July is my favorite month because it’s my birthday, and that’s around the month I’m ready for school to start back.
If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you choose?
If I could meet anybody living it would be a celebrity, and I would choose Ann Marie. She my favorite girl singer/rapper; she is inspiring and speaks on true things. I’ve been listening to her music since I was in the 5th grade, and she always has good music you can vibe to.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
The first thing I would do is give my family and friends some money. Most of them been there for me since day one, never changed up, and if I need anything, I could depend on them. Then I would give to all the needy and poor people, because they need anything they could receive.
What do you miss most about being a kid?
I miss elementary school when it was less stress, and I didn’t have to worry about things that I can’t control now. I also miss when my cousins and I were real close, back when we always stayed with each other and had fun. Now we all do our own thing and never hang around each other unless it’s for a family event.
What stories does your family tell you?
My family always tell me this story. When I was little and I was leaning back in a chair, it fell backwards and my two front teeth fell out. The reason they always bring it up is because I was so bad and they was telling me to stop before I fell. I was like five years old, and it’s going to be a story I will always remember.
What are you extra curricular activities?
I play basketball, track, and volleyball for Foley High School. This school is going to have the best sports programs in history, and I’m happy to say that because the coaches work hard to make that happen. Anybody else’s opinions wouldn’t matter.
